Legacy Movement Refund Policy

Policy Effective Date: November 8, 2024


1. Cancellation Policy

To cancel your Legacy Movement LLC account, a written notice must be provided at least 15 days before your next billing cycle for the cancellation to take immediate effect. Failure to submit a written request within this timeframe will result in continued billing for the following cycle, as cancellations are not processed retroactively.

How to Cancel: Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to [email protected] with the subject line: "Cancellation Request – [Your Account Name]." A confirmation email will be sent upon successful processing of your request. Effective Date: The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle if the request is received within the required timeframe.

2. Refund Policy

Legacy Movement LLC operates on a strict no-refund policy for all subscription plans and add-on services, including but not limited to:

-Monthly and annual subscription fees

-One-time setup fees

-Additional feature purchases

-Pay-as-you-go services

No Prorated Adjustments

Once a payment has been processed, it is non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or adjustments will be issued for partial months of service, unused credits, or early cancellations.

Exceptions

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

Duplicate Charges: If you were mistakenly charged more than once for the same billing period, a refund for the duplicate charge will be issued upon verification.

Billing Errors: If an incorrect amount was charged due to a system error, we will correct the charge accordingly.

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 7 days of the billing error or issue.

3. Account Termination & Restrictions

Legacy Movement LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at its discretion in cases of:

Abuse, fraud, or violation of our terms of service

Unethical or illegal activities

Attempting to circumvent payment obligations

Upon termination due to policy violations, you will not be eligible for a refund, and all remaining subscription time will be forfeited. Future access to the platform and services may also be restricted.

4. E-Wallet Policy

Legacy Movement LLC offers an e-wallet option that allows users to deposit funds for pay-as-you-go services beyond standard subscription credits.

Non-Refundable Funds: Funds added to the e-wallet are non-refundable and must be used during the active subscription period.

Expiration of E-Wallet Funds: If your subscription is canceled or terminated, any remaining e-wallet balance will be forfeited and cannot be transferred or refunded.

Usage: The e-wallet balance can only be used toward platform-related services and cannot be withdrawn or converted into cash.

5. Modifications to Billing & Refund Policies

Legacy Movement LLC reserves the right to modify, change, or update this Refund Policy at any time at its sole discretion. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
